Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to a direction on the Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner as annexed to the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 4710 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to decide on the representations given by the petitioner to the said Bank within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no.3.

Subject to payment of all dues of the Bank by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 is also directed to return all the title deeds of the petitioner within four weeks from date.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
