Previously, on February 19, 2008, when the matter was called on for hearing, none appeared for the parties, for which a learned coordinate Bench directed the matter to go out of the list.

The respondent no.5, however, is represented through counsel today.

Since the petitioner is being absent repeatedly, WPA No. 2887 of 2008 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
