By an order dated 1st March, 2021, I directed the Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India to take a decision in respect of the representation of the petitioner.

Today a report dated 31st March, 2021 has been filed on behalf of the Government of India wherefrom it appears that the dispute has been referred to the Hon'ble Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata for adjudication. Let the report be kept on record.

I think that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as it appears from the report dated 31st March, 2021. Now the dispute will be decided by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata.

With this direction, the matter is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
