The bail was granted by the jurisdictional Court by an order dated December 1, 2020. The petitioner complains that the petitioner received a threat call from the private opposite party with regard to the pending proceedings. The petitioner lodged complaint with the police. No doubt the police will take appropriate measures with regard to the complaint, if any, lodged by the petitioner.
We find no reason to cancel the bail granted by the jurisdictional Court in favaour of the private opposite party. CRM 2070 of 2021 is rejected.
