On a perusal of the memorandum of appeal, it is evident that even copy downloaded from the website of this High Court has also not been annexed. In the absence thereof, the present appeal is incomplete. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.

MAT 227 of 2021 Liberty is given to the appellants to file a fresh appeal challenging the order dated February 22, 2021.
