Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant submits that, the Investigating Officer (IO) is not recording the statement of the victim either under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or under Section 164 thereof. In such circumstances, IO no doubt will do the needful. Learned advocate appearing for the State will communicate this order to the IO.

In such circumstances, CRM(A) 885 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
