1. Materials on record suggest that, some District Magistrates are yet to provide requisite data.

2. Court is informed that, 8 districts are involved.

3. Relevant District Magistrate of these 8 districts will provide the data sought for, as expeditiously as possible. The districts involved are:- Howrah, Kalimpong, Malda, Nadia, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur, South 24 Parganas and Uttar Dinajpur.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor will ensure that, this order is communicated to the learned District Magistrates for compliance.

5. The authorities will ensure that, Chairperson appointed by the Juvenile Justice Committee receives the remuneration.

6. Principal Secretary, Judicial Department will take appropriate steps in this regard.
