And In the matter of: Hamayoon Hafiz & Anr .... Petitioners This revisional application has been filed in the year 2007, when an interim order was granted by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Subsequently, this interim order has expired. It clearly appears that the petitioners have not made any attempt to have this matter heard by this Court. Today when the matter is called on, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, I am of the view that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue this revisional application. Accordingly, this revisional application is dismissed for default.

The department concerned is directed to communicate this order, passed in Court today, to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of its communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks.

The lower court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
