The alleged contemnor has filed a report dated 11.04.2023, which is taken on record.

A letter dated April 10, 2023 received from the Headmaster, Monteswar Sagarbala High School, Monteswar, Purba Bardhaman has been annexed with the report. The volume of students in the school does not permit the transfer of the petitioner despite another teacher being there for the concerned subject.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the contempt application. The order of this Court dated July 19, 2022 cannot be enforced in the facts of the case.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
