The Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta & Anr. The matter has been brought in the list for correction of the order dated February 20, 2020. In the said order it has been erroneously gone down that C.O. 4100 of 2017 is dismissed for default, which should be read as C.O. 448 of 2016.

The department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the order dated February 20, 2020 and also to the certified copy, if already supplied to the parties.

The other portion of the order remain unaltered. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
