It is submitted that an application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act has been initiated by the petitioner before the learned DRT. The last order dated July 3, 2024 has been furnished. The petitioner vehemently opposed the addition of the auction purchaser in the said proceeding being S.A. 41/2022.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
