And In Re : Murselim Sk. @ Murselin Ali ...... petitioner Mr. Jishan Iqubal Hossain Ms. Chandrima Debnath Mr. Karnel Mondal ....for the petitioner Mr. Saryati Dutta ....for the State There are call details recording of mobile phone calls between the petitioner and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotic.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 887 of 2023 is dismissed.
