Swati Goswami v. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission & ORS
WPA No.3753 of 2020 (VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) 09.07.2021 KC Swati Goswami Vs.
The West Bengal Central School Service Commission & Ors. Mr. Diptendu Mondal.
... for the petitioner.
Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay.
... for the School Service Commission.
A second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is pending and is yet to be disposed of. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the second appeal. The School Service Commission is represented. Since the second appeal is yet to be disposed of, it would be appropriate to request the Second Appellate Authority to consider and decide the second appeal, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The Second Appellate Authority will, however, maintain the serial number of the second appeals pending before it in deciding the second appeal of the petitioner.
It is expected that the Second Appellate Authority disposes of the second appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
WPA 3753 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
