For the CESC It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the statutory alternative remedy available to her, the petitioner wishes to approach the Grievance Redressal Officer in terms of Clause 3.5 of the Regulations.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Officer within a period of two weeks from date. If such representation is made before the Grievance Redressal Officer, the Grievance Redressal Officer is requested to consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date after giving right of hearing to all the affected parties.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 5429 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
