The revisional application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred praying for transfer of MACC Case No. 440 of 2025 pending before the Judge, 4th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta to the Court at Barrackpore where the petitioner has preferred MACC Case 713 of 2025.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that the accident in this case occurred within the jurisdiction of Entally Police Station, that is within the District of Kolkata.

Thus, matter is required to be heard by the Court at Kolkata.

Considering all these facts and on hearing the parties, MACC Case No. 713 of 2025 pending before the Court of learned Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Fast Track 1st Court, Barrackpore be transferred to the file of the Judge, 4th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta for hearing and disposal along with MACC 440 of 2025.

It is directed that both these cases shall be heard together by the concerned Court and disposed of accordingly as a composite one.

Civil Revision 732 of 2026 stands disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
