Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that a call center was run from the place belonging to the petitioner. The seizures were made from the place belonging to the petitioner. On the earlier occasion, the petitioner not pressed the application for anticipatory bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1259 of 2022 is rejected.
