1. The status report dated 6th March, 2024 as submitted by Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Purbasthali-I, Purba Bardhaman and as filed by Mr. Dhar, learned senior advocate appearing for the State respondents, is taken on record.

2. In course of hearing Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners on instruction submits before this Court that his clients being the writ petitioners are not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. Both the writ petitioners are also personally present in court today.
