It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that in the cause title portion of the judgment dated 12th September, 2025 the name of Mr. Jayanta Banerjee, learned Advocate alongwith Ms. Ruxmini B Roy, learned Advocate has wrongly been mentioned as the learned advocate representing the opposite party. Accordingly, the name of the learned advocates representing the petitioner ought to have been corrected and the name of Mr. Jayanta Banerjee, learned Advocate alongwith Ms. Ruxmini B Roy be read as the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Abhijit Sarkar, learned Advocate alongwith Mr. Raja Biswas, learned Advocate be read as the learned advocate representing the opposite party.

2. The cause title be read as MADHUMITA HALDER & ANR VS. THE STATE OF WEST BENGAL & ANR.

instead of MADHUMITA.

3. In the seventh line of paragraph 1 of the judgment dated 12th September, 2025 the words "the present petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2 and ...." be read as "the opposite party no.2 to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner and ....".

4. Let the said corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the judgment dated 12th September, 2025 for all practical purposes. The other portion of the said judgment dated 12th September, 2025 shall stand unaltered.

5. This order shall form part of the judgment dated 12th September, 2025.
