Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that all three trucks did not reach their respective destination. One of the truck was subsequently recovered. Such truck was owned by a different person. The petitioner herein is the owner of the other two trucks. Such two trucks are yet to be recovered. The three trucks were loaded with coal. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1260 of 2022, is rejected.
