The matter has been brought to the list for correction of typographical errors in the order dated March 22, 2024 whereby the writ petition was disposed of. The name of the petitioner appearing in the causetitle of the said order has erroneously gone down as 'Subhas Chandra Chattaraj' instead of 'Subhash Chandra Chattaraj' and in the third line of the third paragraph at the first page of the said order, the word 'January' has erroneously gone down instead of 'August'. Let the said errors be corrected accordingly. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. The Department is directed to carry out the correction in the order dated March 22, 2024 to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
