The application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Lalgola Police Station Case No. 519 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 under Sections 448/323/308/354/506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the case diary and having heard the counsel for the petitioners and the State, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC. Hence, C.R.M. 2079 of 2021 stands dismissed.

No order as to costs.
