The petitioner dealt the fatal blow on the deceased. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 812 of 2023 is dismissed.
