On the earlier occasion petitioner ventilated his grievance that in connection with Kultali PS Case No. 298/2023, charge sheet was not submitted by the Investigating Agency and as such a fresh report was called for from the State. Today a fresh report has been submitted on behalf of the State which reflects that Kultali PS Charge Sheet No. 478/2024 dated 05.08.2024 was submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having regard to the fact that investigation of the case has already been concluded, if the petitioner has further grievance regarding the investigation or the material so collected, petitioner will file an application before the learned ACJM or the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the issue. No further interference by this court is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 5028 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
