Case No. 20 of 2022 (L.A.) expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revisional application it appears that May 16, 2025 has been fixed for clarification and arguments. It further appears from the order dated January 16, 2025 that the Court is lying vacant.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any peremptory direction upon the learned District Delegate.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite party. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward

a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party or his learned advocates representing him before the learned trial Judge.

After the Presiding Officer joins, endeavour shall be made to dispose of Misc. Case No. 20 of 2022 (L.A.) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. CO 733 of 2025 stands disposed of.
