This is a joint application filed by both the petitioner and opposite party No.2 praying for recording settlement of the dispute between the parties out of Court in connection with G.R. Case No.1438 of 2021 arising out of Habra Police Station Case No.231 of dated 24th April, under Sections 420/467/409/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code. On previous occasion, the learned Public Prosecutor-inCharge was requested to obtain a report from the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station after ascertaining the fact as to whether the compromise was voluntary, free from coercion, threat and undue influence.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge has submitted a report that the dispute has been amicably settled by and between the parties voluntarily.

Let the report be kept with the record.

In view of such amicable settlement, G.R. Case No.1438 of 2021 be quashed on the basis of amicable settlement. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
