1. From the record, it appears that petitioner was directed to serve copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party/State through the office of the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta and also upon the opposite party no.2 and 3 by registered post with A/D and to file affidavit of service by the order dated 09.07.2018.

2. From then on none appears on behalf of the petitioner let alone filing of affidavit of service.

3. The instant revisional application pending since 2018 stands dismissed for default.

4. All connected applications, if there be any, also stand dismissed.
