Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

In the heading of the order dated 14.03.2017 passed in CRM 1350 of 2017 the word "Kandi" shall be substituted by the word "Beldanga". Other conditions shall remain the same. 3.

The Assistant Registrar (Court) is directed to carry out necessary correction in the heading of the order dated 14.03.2017 and get the order signed by us on the left hand side.

Accordingly, the interim application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
