CPAN 257 of 2023 Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned advocate assisted by Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal appears for the alleged contemnor and upon instructions submits that the order dated 6th September, 2022 has already been complied with.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the contempt application, the pension payment order has been issued and the pension as well as other benefits, as directed by the order dated 6th September, 2022 has already been released in favour of the petitioner. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in this application. Accordingly, CPAN 257 of 2023 stands disposed of.

In Re:. IA No. CAN 2 of 2020 & IA No. CAN 3 of 2020 In

W.P.A. 11801 of 2018 Attention of the Court has been drawn to the order dated 6th September, 2022 by virtue of which I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2020 and I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2020 were disposed of along with the main writ petition. The learned Registrar (IT) is requested to ensure that these applications are not shown as pending in the dockets of this Court.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
