Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has been singled out by some of the local influential persons. To that effect information was furnished with the police authorities but the police authorities did not render any assistance and the same is because of the reasons that he is being threatened for paying monthly subscription.

State has submitted a report.

Report incorporates information being furnished with the administration in respect of the foul smell which has been spreading in the area to several residences. In view of the representation of the individuals, I direct that the Block Development Officer will give a hearing to the petitioner, check the documents which are in his possession for

conducting the business and pass necessary directions in accordance with law. To that effect, petitioner will submit a representation and the report of the police authorities filed before this Court be also taken into consideration by the Block Development Officer before passing any order. If the BDO is of the opinion that the individuals who have submitted representation are to be heard also for normalising any issue at the locality, audience may also granted to the concerned individuals. At present the police authorities have no issue for interference. Accordingly, WPA 4819 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
