The writ petitioners complain that the O. C., Jagatballavpur Police Station is not complying with the directions of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Seventh Court at Howrah passed in T. S. No. 1489 of 2022. The Civil Judge had ordered that the injunction dated 30.09.2022 passed on the private respondents must be strictly enforced by the Jagatballavpur P.S. Counsel for the private respondents submits that her client is not in any way obstructing the petitioners from harvesting their potato crops.

In the above circumstances, the Jagatballavpur Police Station shall ensure that the petitioners are able to harvest their crops in peace and without any obstruction in any way from anyone whatsoever.

The Jagatballavpur Police shall post two police constables for cultivation at their costs. The cost of deploying the police constables shall be communicated to

the petitioners immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order.

Upon payment of costs, the protection shall be deployed.

The private respondent is warned against in any way interfering with the order of the Civil Court or the petitioners' cultivation.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
