None appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. On perusal of the record, it appears that on several previous occasions, none appeared at the time of call in this matter. Hence, without wasting any further time the case is taken up for delivering order in absence of parties. This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the prayer for quashing FIR in connection with Bidhannagar South Police Station Case No. 212 dated December 3, 2013 under Sections 420/468/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code connected G.R. Case No. 1053 of 2013.

Considering the materials available on record, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has not been able to bring forth sufficient and cogent materials and/or grounds in order to successfully seek interference of this Court into the impugned proceeding. Hence, in my opinion, this revisional application merits no success. Hence, it is ordered that the revisional case being C.R.R. 295 of 2014 is dismissed.

Applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
