In re : IA No. CRAN 1 of 2021 Leave is granted to learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the main bail petition as CRM 2090 of 2021 instead of 2020.

The petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on August 23, 2021. One of the conditions of bail was that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station i.e., the Golabari Police Station. The petitioner now says that he would like to reside with his sister within the jurisdiction of the Belur Police Station. He, accordingly, prays for modification of the bail order.

Learned advocate for the State, in his usual fairness, does not oppose this prayer.

We modify the order dated August 23, 2021 only to the extent that the petitioner shall be entitled to reside at "Ganga Bhawan, 51/1, Shiv Charan Chatterjee Street, Belur Bazar, P.S. Belur, Howrah - 711 020." He will, however, continue to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Golabari Police Station in terms of the order dated August 23, 2021. The other portions of the order dated August 23, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
