On perusal of the report it appears that on 31.03.2023, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore has released all the FIR named accused persons from this case on examination of the de facto complainant who submitted before the court that the matter had been amicably settled and she did not want to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, considering the said status of the case, the revisional application is disposed of being infructuous.
