1. None appears for the appellants. The case was last listed on 21st March, 2023 and was adjourned at the request of the respondent. The writ petition filed by the appellants were dismissed by the impugned order dated 22nd February, 2023. There is no interim order in these appeals.

2. Thus, by efflux of time, the tender process would have been completed and by now there is every likelihood that the period of tender would have come to an end or nearing completion.

3. Hence, we find that no useful purpose would be served in keeping these appeals pending. Accordingly, these

appeals and the connected applications are disposed of by affirming the order passed by the learned Single Bench on the aforementioned grounds.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
