The petitioners pray for issuance of TET-2014 pass certificate in their favour. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has already published a notification on 22nd April, 2022, wherein it has been mentioned that online application in the prescribed proforma in the dedicated portal has to be applied as and when the portal will be opened by the Board. In view of such notification, it will be open for the petitioners to apply in the dedicated portal, which will be opened by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for the purpose of issuance of TET-2014 pass certificate. No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

The writ application stands disposed of.

The notification dated 22nd April, 2022 issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education be retained with the records.
