1. Counsel for the CBI submits that they have requested the Ministry of Home Affairs for allowing security to the petitioner and his mother.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner and his mother are satisfied with the protection being given by the State Police.

3. It is, therefore, ordered that until the depositions of the petitioner and his mother are completed in the pending criminal trial, the protection to them may continue, which has already been granted. The protection shall also continue until the evidence is completed.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
