Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in blasting bombs. He had absconded for almost two years. Prayer for pre-arrest bail of co-accused have been turned down in CRM (A) 68 of 2025.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
