Mr. Shuvro Prakash Lahiri Mr. Rajesh Naskar Ms. Indrani Roy ...for the Petitioner Ms. Mitali Mukherjee Ms. Tapati Samanta ...for the State Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy ...for the SSC In terms of the order dated 19th March, 2025 a report is furnished by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Paschim Medinipur dated 3rd April, 2025 enclosing medical report dated 8th March, 2022 issued by Chief Medical Officer of Health, Jhargram. Report dated 3rd April, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Paschim Medinipur along with medical report dated 8th March, 2022 are taken on record.

On perusal of medical report dated 8th March, 2022 it appears that Medical Board advised that petitioner may be considered for transfer following procedure considering her health condition.

In view of the medical report dated 8th March, 2022 writ petition stands disposed of directing Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 4 to decide the transfer application of the petitioner dated 23rd March, 2022 by 4 (four) weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by the respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by 10 (ten) days thereafter.

It is made clear that transfer application of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of portal.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
