2. The petitioner applied for mutual transfer within the district of Purba Bardhaman.

3. In those circumstances, the DPSC, Purba Bardhaman shall dispose of the petitioner's application for mutual transfer in terms of the applicable Rules within the period of six weeks from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
