Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

From the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and State respondents, it appears that matter relates to engagement as Anganwari Worker for Bhagwangola-II, ICDS Project, Murshidabad. 3.

A panel relating to engagement of Anganwari Worker was prepared in 2008 which is at pages 14 & 15 of the writ petition where name of the petitioner featured against serial No.32.

It is not demonstrated on behalf of the petitioner that why she was not engaged as Anganwari Worker. However, an order of a coordinate Bench dated 3rd October, 2023 passed in a writ petition being WPA 22415 of 2009 is relied upon which relates to consideration of candidature of two other candidates, names of whom featured against serial No.29 & 30.

However, nothing is demonstrated that why petitioner was left out from being engaged as Anganwari Worker. Moreover, panel is of 2008 and by this time said panel must have expired.

At this belated stage there is no scope left to consider the candidature of the petitioner for being engaged as Anganwari Worker from the said panel of 2008.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 8.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
