It appears from the report that an enquiry was made by one SI Susanta Das when the petitioner and his sons and local villagers of Chakparan Kantakhali were present there. The petitioner is stated to have indicated that he is living peacefully with the sons and at present there is no further grievance against his children.

In those circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

In the event of any further grievance, the petitioner may take out appropriate civil or other proceedings against his sons in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
