For the appellant Mr. Kar, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellant submits that the present appeal has been preferred against an interim order dated 12th January, 2018 passed in W.P. No. 23423 (W) of 2015 and that during pendency of the present appeal, the writ petition being W. P. No. 23423 (W) of 2015 has been finally heard and dismissed upon contested hearing by an order dated 21st December, 2018.

In view thereof, the present appeal has become infructuous and the same along with the application being CAN 1 of 2018 (Old CAN 4659 of 2018) are dismissed.
