Since, an alternative remedy is available under Section 529 of the BNSS (earlier under Section 483 of the Cr.P.C.), I am of the view that the petitioners would avail their remedies before the court having determination.

Accordingly, WPA 4828 of 2025 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the court having determination.
