Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the Officer-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station by way of a representation dated 22.01.2025, no steps have been taken by the police authorities concerned. I have considered the nature of the representation which stems out from an agreement and there are dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents in respect of the outstanding amount. The petitioner's main grievance is that although, he is entitled for the dues. The private respondents are claiming outstanding amount and the job have been subsequently assigned to some other company/firm.

Report submitted by the State reflects that already Kotwali Police Station case no.

279/2025 dated 06.03.2025 has been registered on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner.

In view of the petitioner's grievance being subserved, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 4831 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
