Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent no.4 is interfering with his business which is a shop room from where he carries out grocery business.

Learned advocate submits that he has repeatedly approached the police authorities but till date the police authorities have not taken up any action.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have considered the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner which relates to possession. The police authorities would see if the petitioner is in possession he should not be evicted without due process of law. In case any untoward incident crops up because of the inimical

relationship with the petitioner and the private respondent no.4 all efforts be put in by the police authorities to dissuade such situation.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4758 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
