In the 6th and 7th line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression '2nd Additional District Judge' shall stand corrected to read as '2nd Fast Track Court'.

In the last line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'T.A. No. 67 of 2022' shall stand corrected to read as 'Misc. Appeal No. 63 of 2022'.

In the 3rd and 4th line of the first paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression 'Title Appeal before the learned Additional District Judge' shall stand corrected to read as 'Misc. Appeal before the 2nd Fast Track Court'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated February 8, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
