Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Court. On January 13, 2025 the last order was passed mistakenly as if this writ petition pertains to municipality and since this Court has no determination over the subject, the writ petition was directed to appear before the appropriate Bench.

Subsequently, it is discovered from the record that this writ petition has already been disposed of by an order dated May 1, 2024. Accordingly, the order dated January 13, 2025 stands recalled.

The department and all concerned shall rectify the record showing that, this writ petition stands disposed of.
