We have considered the materials on record including statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She is a minor. She alleges rape by the petitioner. Vulnerable witness has not yet been examined. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
