Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the State, has placed a report dated 13-01-2021 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Katwa Police Station. The report is taken on record. It is submitted that the victim has been recovered and is married to Shri Pabitra Ghosh. 2.
Recording the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties to proceed in any jurisdiction, if any.
