We record the submission of Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the appellant that the respondent has duly complied with our order dated 4th April, 2023 directing him to inter alia make payment of Rs. 60,000/- as arrear hire charges up to 2nd April, 2023. The respondent is permitted to ply the vehicle subject to fulfilment of the other conditions mentioned in the said order dated 4th April, 2023. In default, the learned court below may be approached for appropriate orders.
